Job Description – Senior Marketing Manager 

Monday to Friday (40 hours p/w) officed based.
Reporting Line: Deputy Managing Director
Salary negotiable on experience

At present, most of our customers are London-based, but we have already begun the expansion process into other major UK cities such as Manchester, Brighton and Bristol. The future is very promising!

We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our successful business, after bringing this function in-house just under one year ago. 
 
Key Responsibilities
•      Manage Brand, E-Commerce, social media, PR & Shopper Marketing initiatives.
•      Manage and develop the brand ambassador & events coordinator.
•      Monitor brand performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and other data aggregators to ensure targets are met and to inform future strategies.
•      Develop and implement strategies to position the brand for growth and market expansion.
•      Plan, lead & execute brand activations with key suppliers, chefs, restaurants and collabs.
•      Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor brands, consumer trends, and shopping behaviours to inform brand and product strategies.
•      Design and supervise the creation of content across a variety of platforms, including press releases, newsletters, artwork, and digital media.
•      Organise product launches and promotional events to showcase new offerings and boost brand visibility.
•      Manage the marketing budget and strategies and marketing techniques to position us in the forefront of food distribution. 
•      Work with advertising and PR agencies to manage and execute effective marketing campaigns for the brand.
•      Maintain and grow the companies' affiliations and partnerships to broaden our reach and strengthen our brand's influence.
•      Maintain regular contact with vendors and distributors to gain critical insights into product design and implementation improvements.
 
Required Attributes
•      Experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry (3+ years)
•      A degree in marketing or another relevant field 
•      Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing.
•      Experience in market, data, and competitor analysis.
•      Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns and hitting profit targets.
•      Excellent project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
•      Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
•      Collaborative work style.
•      A willingness to travel to meet with customers, attend Company events and chef demos. 
•      Experience in managing a team.
•      Experience in Canva, Adobe and Mail Chimp is preferred but not essential.

Job Description – Delivery Driver 

 
Salary:  32,073.60
Discretionary Bonus Scheme – Up to £200 per month
Monday to Saturday (6 Days) 04.00am – 13.00pm
 
* Full UK Driving License is essential *

Requirements:

 
As a result of our continued success, we are looking to strengthen our Transport Team. As a Delivery Driver the successful candidate will be required to deliver high quality perishable and non-perishable goods to our premium clientele. We are proud of our enviable reputation and combined growth. With this in mind we are looking for like-minded, experienced multi-dop delivery drivers to join our team.
Flexibility and willingness to extend the extra mile to support the business is a key requirement for this role. Experience in FMCG ideally from a food company especially in fleet and stock management is highly desirable. 


Tasks Include:
·       Checking and loading your own vehicle with items listed on the truck load sheets 
·       Checking paperwork accurately and route planning effectively 
·       Delivering mainly in Central London, other locations may be required 
·       Being able to count and carefully store products safely in the vehicle
·       Responsibility of vehicle upkeep – cleanliness, reporting any damage etc. 
·       Communicating and building relationships with customers and the office team
 

Required Attributes:
·       Good level of numeracy and English language
·       Ability to work under pressure, and always remain calm and respectful to others
·       Physically fit and able to lift and drop stock manually
·       2-years previous driving experience - preferably Multi-drop
·       You must be able to efficiently work within a high volume transport operation
·       Must hold a UK Driving License, no more than 6 points and confident driving 3.5 tonne vans
·       Good attention to & eye for detail, whilst being able to cope with the demands of a fast paced and changing business
·       Effective team player as well as having the ability to work on own initiative
·       Able to commit to weekend and Bank Holiday working
