    Product Description

    Black Cow Deluxe Cheddar is made from the milk of cows that graze the fields surrounding The Black Cow Distillery in West Dorset. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in thick black wax, the cheese has an incredibly intense and rich flavour, not to mention a satisfyingly crumbly texture. Dairy farmer Jason set up Black Cow with artist and director Paul Archard back in 2012. As a member of the Barber family, a family of cheesemakers with over 180 years of cheesemaking history, Jason knows a thing or two about making cheese.
