    "Il Delicato" is tomato passata with extra fine sieved tomatoes. Only the best Tuscan tomatoes are sieved into a very fine mesh sifter in order to remove all seeds and trace of skins.

    Tomatoes come first in the life of the Petti Group that has built a business on the passion for the genuine and simple tastes of Italians. A love story from 1925 that this Tuscan family continues to live each day by managing their own companies to get the most from tomatoes grown in Italy.

    This creamy and smooth passata is ideal as a base for soups, pizza and pasta sauces, casseroles and stews.
