Product Description
Savoiardi biscuits or also known as Ladyfingers are low density, dry, egg-based, sweet sponge cake biscuits roughly shaped like a large finger.
The egg whites and egg yolks mixed with sugar are beaten separately and folded together with the flour. The batter is piped with a piping bag and dusted twice with icing sugar before baking.
