Product Description

SOSA Gelcrem Hot is refined corn starch that is used as a thickening agent that can resist high temperatures and is stable to put in the oven. It also allows freezing. Mix in cold and heat until boiling. Use in any kind of liquid or semi-liquid elaboration. Perfects for béchamel, pastry cream and hot creams.
