Top Spots for Valentine's in London

Valentine’s day is best celebrated with your loved ones, indulging in a delicious meal and a tipple or two, as we believe the best way to win someone’s heart is through the medium of food. If you’re spending it with your partner, best friend or group of gal(entine)s, we have rounded up a few of the restaurants we’ve fallen for over the years.

Skygarden

With its panoramic views of the city, the Skygarden bar and restaurant is potentially one of London’s most romantic places and therefore a top choice of where to spend the special day. Choose from a range of packages, starting from a themed Valentine’s day cocktail for just £15pp and ranging to a full seven course meal with wine pairing if you fancy taking it to the next level (pardon the pun…). They will also have a DJ providing house music late into the night for if you fancy staying UP a little later (okay puns over).

OXO Restaurant, Waterloo

OXO Restaurant

This year Oxo Restaurant, which is proud to be celebrating 25 years since opening, will be taking Valentine’s day to new heights, hosting the evening on the 8th floor. Their famous city backdrop of twinkling lights combined with chilled Champagne and mellow tunes is the perfect setting to cheers the occasion with your loved one. The three-course menu will include a variety of mouth-watering dishes; our top picks include the melted smoked burrata, hand-dived scallops and a dry-aged beef fillet(*closes mouth). If that wasn’t enough to sway you, there will also be live jazz music accompanying the night. It doesn’t get more romantic than that.
