We are excited to be working with Kings Caviar this festive season to offer our customers a premium Caviar offering.
We caught up with Holly King, the Sales Director at Kings, to find out more about the business, and the amazing range of products they offer.
For over two decades, King’s Fine Food has been sourcing and supplying some of the world’s finest delicacies, earning a reputation as one of the UK’s leading specialists in premium foods and caviar. As a family-run business, King’s is renowned for its commitment to quality, authenticity and craftsmanship, holding a Royal Warrant and pioneering DNA testing to guarantee the provenance of its caviar.
With caviar mentions in diner reviews rising by 19% year on year, the ingredient continues to capture attention on premium menus, making King’s an exciting new addition to the Woods range. Holly King is Sales Director at King’s Fine Food, having joined the family business in 2015. Passionate about fine food and caviar, Holly regularly hosts tastings for chefs and customers across the UK, helping to continue the family legacy while introducing a new generation to the world of premium ingredients. We caught up with Holly to ask her a few questions.

King’s Fine Food was founded in 2004 by my mum, Laura King MBE, after spending more than 14 years building her expertise in the fine food industry, particularly in caviar. Throughout her career, she developed a real passion for sourcing exceptional products and wanted to create a business that focused on quality, authenticity and trust. With the support of my late dad, John, and our family, King’s Fine Food was born.
Since then, we’ve grown into one of the UK’s leading fine food specialists, working with chefs and hospitality professionals across the country. Although we’ve grown over the years, we’re still a family business at heart, and those values of quality, knowledge and personal service continue to shape everything we do.
As holders of a Royal Warrant, what does this recognition mean for Kings,
We are incredibly proud to hold the Royal Warrant for His Majesty the King. It means a great deal to Kings due to the fact that it shows how important Sustainability is to us and that we always strive to offer the best service to our customers. The fact that we are a small family business and have been awarded The Royal Warrant is a huge achievement for us and we feel very lucky.

Making a positive difference has always been at the heart of King’s Fine Food. Supporting charities is something that’s incredibly important to our family, and we’re proud to donate 10% of our net profits to charity, with the majority going to the John King Brain Tumour Foundation.
The foundation was created in memory of my dad, John King, and supports the Atkinson Morley Wing at St George’s Hospital in treating brain and neurological disorders. It’s a cause that’s very close to our hearts, and one we’re passionate about supporting. While the business has grown over the years, our values have remained the same, to create a lasting impact not only through the products we supply, but through the people and communities we support.
In terms of Caviar pairings, we highly advise against chopped chives, lemon juice and onions as these condiments are very strong and can take away the taste of Caviar. The best pairing we find are the simplest such as Caviar on a Jacket potato with some creme fraiche or a blini. However, saying that we did experiment with some different pairings and found that Caviar goes very well on clotted cream ice cream as well as on a chicken goujon with some crème fraiche. It’s just about finding the correct balance in flavours.

We are looking forward to welcoming Kings as a trusted supplier this festive season. For more information on the range, please contact your Business Realtionship Manager.
